Wie der Name SingStar Party schon sagt, handelt es sich um ein absolutes Party-Spiel. Alle Modi sind daher auf Partyspaß im Familien- oder Freundeskreis angelegt, d.h. Battle-, Duett- und Mehrspieler-Modi sind Inhalt des Spiels. Und zum Üben gibt es natürlich auch einen Single-Player-Modus.
SingStar Party verfügt über eine umfangreiche Songliste mit internationalen und nationalen Party-Klassikern. zudem gibt es zu jedem Hit das Musik-Video.
